Château Gaudrelle
April 29, 2008 - 9:37am — RobChâteau Gaudrelle is located in the vineyard region of Vouvray (AOC since 1936). It covers 15 hectares of vineyards whose average vine age is about 40 years The vineyard is exclusively planted with Chenin blanc.
The fermentation is carried out for 65% in oak barrels (new & old), and takes between 4 and 16 weeks.

spice, and apricot flavors. Originally from Santorini, but increasingly
grown on other islands and the mainland.
Aligoté
